Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, room service was great, room is clean, food was delicious too. There's a children's room where they have a trampoline and slides. Also other toys that kept my child occupied for a good 1 hour. Parking was easy, and very near to the highway exit which saves us a lot of time getting back on the road.

1) Great location nearby the Johor Premium Outlets 2) Room was very clean, comfortable and quiet 3) Swimming pool was very clean 4) room service and housekeeping staff was very efficient, considerate and provide great customer service

I like the location as it's near to the Johor Premium Outlet, which is only btwn 10-15mins drive. I really think the hotel should consider providing a shuttle to the Outlets to attract more people staying at the hotel.

The friendly staff, especially the Bellboys, the F&B staff, and the housekeeping team, were all so hospitable.
